The challenge
DialGenius sells turnkey voice agents to Spanish-speaking businesses. Each new account requires connecting the voice agent with the operating CRM (GoHighLevel) — what the end customer experiences as calls, qualification, scheduling. That integration is repetitive, technical, and a bottleneck if done by hand.

What we built
ArgentivaOps built and operates the voice agent ↔ GHL integration layer as a dedicated service. Specifically: configuring GHL pipelines, the webhooks that trigger actions when the agent identifies intent, the follow-up flows (SMS / email / callback), and routing to human sellers when applicable. A standardized component replicated with each new DialGenius account.
